At Khanzautos our alloy refurbing process includes the following:
Strip & Clean - We Acid dip the alloys and ensure that the previous paint has all been removed.
Sandblast - We sand the full alloy back & front to ensure that the surface is flat and smooth for the primer to go on, also ensuring that all kerb marks have been sanded down.
Prime & Powdercoat - High quality primer is applied, followed by the chosen colour of your choice!
Lacquer & Oven bake - The protective lacquer coat is applied, then cured in an oven to ensure long lasting durability.
We ensure our finishes are high quality and glossy. We do any colour of your personal preference from hyper silver to gloss black, we can also do custom colours and even diamond cut, you name it.
